If we could sum up 2012 for Prodigi Arts in one word, "opportunity" would serve us best to describe the growth we've experienced as a company. In July, we were privileged to work with the wonderful folks at Hnedak Bobo Group to produce an animated B.B. King autographed guitar that was used in an auction held at the NIGA Conference Trade Show.
In October, Prodigi was honored to participate in the Third Annual “CFO of the Year Awards,” hosted by the Memphis Business Journal, which paid tribute to some of Memphis’s most successful and influential Chief Financial Officers. For the third year in a row we've had the great opportunity to provide the animation and video elements of the award ceremony as we've partnered with the very talented members of MBJ to put on this successful event.
On the first day of Leadership Memphis’s Executive Program in August, participants witnessed Prodigi’s animation firsthand as they kicked off their nine-month course for the 2012-2013 year. The Executive Classes offered are for “proven leaders who are decision-makers, influencers or connectors” in the community, offered annually through Leadership Memphis (learn more at leadershipmemphis.org). Our work with L.M. continued in October when they asked us to animate their “Step-Up” logo for the fifth annual Multi-Cultural Breakfast with keynote speaker Barbara Hyde.
We are honored to serve as the 2012-2013 Corporate Leader Sponsors of Leadership Memphis, and look forward to the great work they have in store for this upcoming year!
In other news, we gained a new PR & Marketing Coordinator: California native, Joshua Colfer. He joined Prodigi in October, and has been filling the office with coffee aromas from his French Press ever since, staying true to his West Coast roasting roots. He came along just in time to join us as we moved into the new office space, located on 516 Tennessee St. just below the South Main District.
To end the year, Prodigi Arts was honored to be featured in the December 24th edition of the Daily News, which described us as a company "preparing for aggressive expansion over the next two years;" and they're not exaggerating. This past month we completed an animated commercial for Zycron Inc, and will be taking on several more projects in the first few months of 2013, each of which are currently in the works as we speak.
From all of us at Prodigi Arts, we greatly appreciate your involvement in the life of our company and ways that you have supported us this past year. We end 2012 with a feeling of gratitude and appreciation, and look forward to all that 2013 has in store for the city of Memphis.
