3 things you need to know when hiring a creative company

Hiring a company like Prodigi Arts to bring your brand messages to life can be a big investment. However, with Unbounce reporting that including video on a landing page can increase conversion by 80 percent, the investment is one that is well worth it. Before hiring a group of creative like us, there are three things you should consider.

1. Familiarize yourself. Before bringing your ideas to a video production company, it’s important for you to understand the company’s capabilities. For instance, in addition to video production, we specialize in animation and large-scale digital effects. This aspect sets us apart from other groups and allows us to take your piece to the next level. Having this information in your back pocket before your brainstorming session begins will help with the idea generation process.

2. Know what you DON’T like. Prodigi wouldn’t be successful in this industry if we weren’t able to make crazy, outlandish ideas come to life in a beautiful way. For that reason, it’s important to tell us what you DON’T want. Clients often say, “Do whatever you think is best,” which is fine because that lets our imagination run wild. But, as a result, it’s important for us to know what you absolutely do not want in your piece so we can rein in our ideas.

3. Review our portfolio. Taking a peek at what we’ve created in the past is a great idea. This will get your creative juices flowing when thinking of imagery you want to feature in your video or aspects you do not want to feature. View our portfolio in the “work” section of our website. We can always help walk you through the steps listed above, but knowing them beforehand can be a plus!
